We specialize in helping small businesses in the Orlando and Central Florida region enhance their social media presence with high-quality content designed to engage their target audience.
How does SocialEdge work?
Once you sign up for SocialEdge, our team will schedule an onboarding call to understand your business goals, brand identity, and specific requirements. We'll then create a content calendar and begin crafting your content, including videos, graphics, and copywriting. We handle the entire content creation process, ensuring your social media channels are active and engaging.
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time videographer?
Good question! Hiring a full-time videographer involves higher costs, limited expertise, and less flexibility compared to SocialEdge. With SocialEdge, you access a diverse team of experts, cost-effective pricing, scalability, and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, saving you time and resources.
What packages are available with SocialEdge?
SocialEdge offers three packages: Spark, Blaze, and Inferno. Each package includes different levels of content creation, video editing, graphics/pictures, branded stories/reels, and copywriting. You can choose the package that best suits your business needs and budget.
How fast will I receive my content?
If your billing cycle starts on the 1st-15th of a month, we will start delivering your content weekly starting the 1st of the following month. If it starts the 16th-31st of a month, we start delivering the 16th of the following month. This gives us enough time to do pre-production, production, and post-production on your project.
How will I receive my content?
We deliver content weekly through a Google Drive folder that will be shared with you. Every week clients on the Spark plan will be able to download content to post. Those on the Blaze plan will also receive a Google Docs file containing copywriting for each post. And if you're on the ultimate Inferno plan, you don't have to worry about anything: our content management team will study the analytics data of your accounts and post everything automatically to give you maximum results!
I can't believe how low your prices are. Is this for real?
We're genuinely passionate about helping businesses grow through video, and we've created this service so that even the smallest business could have the social media content they need with no compromises on quality. There is a reason nobody else can match this. So we recommend you sign up now as we don't know how long we will be able to offer these prices.
What happens if your prices or plans ever change?
We'll try our hardest not to do that. But it takes a lot to disrupt an industry in our changing economy and continue to keep prices low without compromising on quality. If we ever felt the need to change our plans or pricing, we'll ensure our loyal subscribers continue to get the same price and plan they are on as long as they don't cancel or switch to one of the new plans.

Even though SocialEdge plans are limited to Orlando and Central Florida based businesses, our team works with businesses all over the country. Just reach out to us and we will be happy to find a custom solution for your video needs nationwide.
Will I have control over the content being created?
Absolutely! We value your input and collaborate closely with you throughout the process. You can be as involved as you want. During the onboarding call, we gather your preferences, brand guidelines, and specific requirements to ensure the content we create aligns with your vision. Your dedicated content manager will work with you to fine-tune the content and make any necessary adjustments along the way.
Can I provide my own content ideas/suggestions or request specific content?
Certainly! We welcome your ideas and suggestions. Our team is here to bring your vision to life and amplify it with our expertise. Feel free to share your content ideas, themes, or any specific concepts you'd like to explore. We'll work together to create a content strategy that reflects your brand and resonates with your audience. Also, your Google Drive folder will contain a Google Docs document just for requesting content. Just add your ideas and we'll make sure it gets added to your content calendar! We offer discounted rates for quarterly and yearly billing. By opting for quarterly billing, you can save 5% per month, while annual billing allows you to save 10% per month. Take advantage of these savings and enjoy our services at a reduced cost.

Yes! Our Inferno package includes implementation and content management on all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more. We'll ensure your content is tailored to each platform and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
